eDMX Pass-Through Buses

 

An eDMX pass-through file should include the following required data:

• Controller - the number of the controller on which to create the bus

• Bus number - the unique number used to refer to the bus

• Protocol - the eDMX source protocol

• Bus universe - the eDMX source universe

NOTE: These columns are required to import the pass-through bus.

The following columns are optional, and if not provided, the default will be used.

• Bus name - A name for the pass-through bus

The following can be set for any columns.

• Ignore - use if there is data in the text file which should be ignored

Example

The data below will import 4 pass-through buses using Art-Net universes 1000-1003 and add them to various groups.

Controller number, Bus number, Bus name, Bus protocol, Bus universe
